Joseph ‘Skoob’ Santos is a holistic movement and transformation coach whose work bridges biomechanics, nervous system literacy, and holistic health.

His path began after a semi-professional football career and the demands of being a young single father in Boston left him with chronic physical pain, psycho-emotional instability, and more questions than answers. Western medicine offered temporary fixes but no direction. In search of a deeper understanding, Skoob immersed himself in the study of human movement and spent more than six years working alongside a physical therapy clinic, where he developed a reputation for helping clients whose pain was complex, layered, and unexplained by structure alone.

Through this time Skoob discovered what many systems ignore:
Pain is not only physical — it is psycho-emotional, nutritional, relational, and environmental.

He continued his education in holistic living and addiction recovery, expanding his coaching into a whole-person model that integrates stick mobility, developmental & evolutionary movement, and holistic lifestyle principles. His teaching style is accessible, adaptive, and rooted in exploration. Skoob's mission is to awaken the connection between mind, body, and self — inspiring a return to the organic movement humans were designed for.

His work brings something rare to the fitness world: a path that leads people back to themselves.
