What this series is

A weekly, donation-based movement experience designed to:

• restore your energy
• support your nervous system
• rebuild rhythm
• increase mobility and presence
• reconnect you to yourself

Through breathwork, restorative flow, natural movement, and grounding practices, each session becomes a reset for the week ahead.

 What to expect each week

Every class includes:

Breath-based grounding
• Slow, natural movement patterns
• Restorative flow
• Nervous-system literacy
• Gentle strength and mobility
• A sense of community and connection

Beginner-friendly. No equipment needed. Come exactly as you are.

9:00 AM PST / 12:00 PM EST
